3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made at the time of service or as per booking guidelines. We accept payments through authorized payment processors. Mukta Thai Luxury Spa does not store full credit card information on its servers. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which you can review at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a partial charge.
• No-show appointments may result in a forfeiture of the booking fee.

5. User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service or termination of membership without refund.
